Staffing
Some of our staff have been with us since we opened in 1995 . Others have
had College placements with us and stayed on. 95% of our staff are qualified;
either NNEB or NVQ3, and we have two qualified teachers. Some of us have over
30 years experience of working with children, while others make up in enthusiasm
and skills what they lack in years!
Most members of staff work in either the baby room or the main nursery, but a few work
in both. This means that the transition from one room to the other is an easy move for the children as there is always a familiar face around.
