Organisation
Our baby room cares for children up to the age of two. It has its own
separate areas for eating, play, sleeping and changing.
On becoming two the children move into the main nursery. There they play and eat
together, but for two sessions every day the pre-school children work in their own room.
We have a large hall which is used for energetic play. Each day the children from both
rooms will play and socialise together in the hall, part of which is a soft play area. This
gives everyone a chance to get to know each other. We often go for walks, usually twice a
day, together, although the pre-school group take a longer and more adventurous route
through the woods!
